How to print three folders in same paper from outlook calander?

Dear Sir/ ma'am! I created three folders in outlook calanders, because in my dept. i hav three rooms, each room has separate appointment. i created three folders in calander. and entered appointments. when i tried to take printing only one room(Folder) at a time, I want all three rooms appointments to print in a same paper. for this what i should do?
please tell me.. it will be a great helpful for me.. thank you in advance..

I think there is no built in feature that will let you view multiple folders or multiple calenders in one view. However there are some third party tools that will let you accomplish this task. Check out this link....
