You might want to see your obgyn....The can run a panel on your hormones to see whats going on. It could mean early menopause.

Good-Luck :)

Periods usually last from three to seven days. Sometimes the length of a girl's period changes from month to month, and that's normal.

It can take a while for a girl's body to adjust to hormone changes and begin to "run" smoothly and regularly. She might have a light flow or a heavy flow, the length of the flow may vary, or her periods might be late. She might even skip some months. Usually, a young woman's periods and cycles become more regular as she grows older.

This was on an internet site I'm studying pharmacy at the moment so i need to know about these things. As far as i know your perfectly normal, birth control pills help regulate periods don't they? So if your not on them they can fluctuate from 3 to 7 days like the article suggests. hope you not to worried now, hope it was at least a bit helpful

Any time you are sexually active and not on birth control, you take a risk of getting pregnant. And not to preach, but also of contracting an STD.

You can be pregnant and have a light period. I know this to be true as it happened to me many years ago.

Better to save than sorry. Take the test and get on b.c.
