KMFDM, Nine Inch Nails, Combichrist, Hanzel und Gretyl, Aphex Twin, are all excellent Industrial Rock bands (with the exception of Aphex Twin, he is more acid/ambient)
as far as stuff like the Deftoes, it is hard to relate bands to them because they have 2 very different styles of music.
1. Heavy, fast, and aggressive.
2. More atmospheric and slow.
If you said which style you preferred it would make it easier to relate bands to them.

Nothing is better than TooL, but try Perfect Circle. The Weeping Demons are good too!
