Lifelong learning means continuing to learn throughout the entire duration of your life. For example, a doctor has to keep studying throughout their life to keep up with the latest discoveries being made.

Long distance learning means learning across a large distance. For example, you might be studying for an online degree. You might be living in Canada, but the college offering you the degree is in England.

One is lifelong and one is long distance. I presume you understand the difference in the words. (Not trying to be mean or snippy... it just seems that anyone with a basic knowledge of English would know the difference between "lifelong" and "long distance").
