Eyebrows will always grow back after they have been "tweezed." Plucking is what we do to chickens. (I learned this in cosmetology school) I know of no product or procedure that will make eyebrows grow in thicker.

As far as I have know, after my 61 yrs. They always have to be plucked. To get them to grow thicker, just don't pluck them in the area you want more hair. It will take time ,but they will grow in.

Sorry I can't help you on this! Mine always grow back, and very quickly. I touch my eyebrows up every other day to catch the stray hairs that are coming in.
