I know it's the norm, but I know I don't want to see or hear about murder, fire, etc, etc. If I really want to hear about it, I will see their website.

What's the value and why do they do it? Because people watch, they get good ratings. Any other reasons?

If they just said "there were x number of incidents in the area, see our site for details" - I would like it much better. There are so many other interesting news out there, why not report on that?

It's kind of depressing to see bad news everyday, it's a drag!... What do you think?

Don't blame the media as much as it a sign of the times. Pay attention to the world around you, and you find that things aren't so good right now.

But if you read, the Christian Science Monitor makes an earnest attempt to turn down a lot of the bad stuff. Also, watching Dateline's program called "To Catch a Predator" is also somewhat satisfying.

No credible data of distant places start has emerged for Mr. Obama. solid distant places start certificates have surfaced and a large style of rumors abound, yet no longer something verifiable exists for the media to print or announce. despite if the media is liberal, they might at present print data of distant places start for Mr. Obama in the event that they might believe and make certain it as authentic and precise. Hawaii state officers have established Mr. Obama became born on Oahu. examine of the newspaper archives additionally shows his start there in microfilms and scientific institution archives of many years in the past. some might want that Mr. Obama have been distant places-born, so as that he could be faraway from place of work, yet in actuality, he became born interior the US, like it or no longer. in case you think of him a nasty President, then do all you could to get him voted out of place of work. Rumors and falsehoods won't produce that consequence. A plurality of people might choose Mr. Romney as President. If no longer, Mr. Obama will function President for the subsequent 4 a million/2 years.
