I have down loaded Tiger Woods game off a Torrent, but I cant open it because it has , 07cso file.
What do I do next?

Check out psphacker101.com it should tell/show you all you need to know. There is a risk when installing homebrew but there is certain firmwares were you can recover it easy

CSO files is compressed ISO. In order to play it, your PSP has to be homebrew enabled. This will involve downgrading your PSP to version 1.50. However, doing that is very risky and can make your PSP totally usless.
