replace it if you can but dont tell her and dont let it happen again,
i would be dearly hurt if i had daughters who stole from my wallet when all they need to do is ask

OK. first of all it is bad to steal. Second before confessing i would earn the exact amount of money you took and when you confess give it to her. This way she cna't be as mad but will still be mad. You'll probally get a couple weeks of groundage but other than that she wont kill you. Parents love you even if you make a mistake.

If you are honest and tell her she will probably be a little disappointed but she will be very pround that you confessed your crime. More than likley she will not punish you, if she does it wont be nearly as bad as when she finds out. The big plus is that she will be able to trust you more because you were honest.

confess, because even though you may lose her trust for a while, you show maturity in confessing. Sincerely apologize. If she found out some other way it would have greater consequences.

take some more, dont feel guilty. If she was a good mother she would give you everything you wanted. so its her fault you stole the money, not yours. this should be a lesson learned for your mother if she finds out
