No you're not alone. Don't talk to me about Tiscali. They're a bunch of f***wits. And whenever I do get through it always seems to be an Asian guy in India somewhere who is almost impossible to understand and doesn't have a clue about UK geography. Trouble is, I don't think any of the other big internet companies are much better so we just live with it and remember the phrase: "better the devil you know".

I am with Tiscali, i can never understand what the people in the Indian Call Centres are saying! My Broadband was down for 3 HOURS last night and i couldnt get through to them!
If i pay for a service i expect better than what i get from them!

Yes my son in law had loads of trouble with them, their system kept failing so he tried to leave but like you they mucked him about, but finally he left and went with BT,as Tiscali are based in Milton Keynes and so is my son in law,and he was going round to punch some ones lights out,but I stopped him.

No your not alone, I had so much trouble with that damn company. I think they are cheap for a reason.

I left them as soon as I had the chance and will never ever ever go back. I know of at least three other people who've had or are having trouble with them at the minute.

When my uncle died recently i was trying to stop his account it took ages for them to disconnect and in the meantime were still charging his account for his monthly subscription. There seemed to be a breakdown in communications between departments.

Bad customer service. AOL is much better.
