Where you can't eat because of nerves. Or you think your sandwich is going to fall apart as you eat it. Or you are going to have more lunch than anyone else (not that I'm greedy or anything just not a sparrow either).

yes i have,, their are time i hate to eat, because of worried about ,thing i cant change,,,are the bills start pileing up...,, but when i eat it not much,,,,,, but i do love food lol,,, an i like a wome with a little meat on the bones lol,, it show she healty,, an know good food,,,,, hug , have a nice day

There is a thought that this "stress" (psychological) comes from unresolved fight or flee. A person has to confront a situation (even if only in their mind) to free up this issue. There is also the thought of just being aware of the stressers can help a person cope/deal. The funny thing is, what stresses one person out, might not have any effect on another even if all things are equal.

I have been in a situation like that. I think eveyone has felt that at some time or another. Just remember that we are all human and others may be feeling the same way. Relax, eat and don't worry about what anyone else is thinking. They are all in their own world.
