Oh yes. I hated someone with such passion one time, it was greater than any love I have ever felt for a person. It fueled me, it compelled me, it drove me and it fed me. For three months I existed on practically hate alone.

Yes I have. Hate was an understatement. You can only hate someone like that if you really cared about them and they hurt you very much.
