What are some really importany facts about air pollution that might help students understand the importence of recycling at school, home and everywhere else so they can make the world a better place to live for themselves?

well air pollution comes from not just cars and other things we think of

spraying for bugs, using arisoles, air conditioners, cars, buses ect. lay out all sources of pollution and show images of the effect it causes imagry sticks with us more then anything and kids are more visual at a younger age and will remember better with images and not just reading see if you can find tv new stories as well and skin cancer awareness go hand in hand with this

The connection between air pollution and recycling is an indirect one.

Most things you throw away (that can be recycled) don't much affect air quality. A soda can, for example, can sit around for decades without making an impact on the air.

However, the manufacture of new soda cans (including the mining involved in getting the aluminum) causes air pollution.
