Do Web Search For "Google Earth"
Note however some places are clearer than others
Built-up areas are good, however some 'obscure' areas
are not as detailed
They are also not Live Images!!!

you need to setup a account on the website
its free and then you can access any of the cams around the world
even if you dont create a account you can still use most of the web cams

Have you looked at Google's "Google Earth"? It has Sat photos of everywhere I have looked.
Use this link and download the thin client. You can then navigate as you need to see maps as well as the sat photos.

yup...go on to google and search google earth then download it and it shows you what to do from there :)
