Why not...
(A) Because it doesn't include single cellular organisms. i.e. bacteria

(C) There are organisms that produces asexually. i.e. bacteria, plants (plants can do sexual reproduction as well)

(D) This does not account for autotrophs, organisms that usues non organic sources to create primary energy. i.e. plants.
