because i downoad cucusoft but then it ask me to restart the program but i dont know how to do that

exit the program and start it again. If it is asking you to reboot your computer you just need to turn off the whole computer and turn it back on. If it wants you to reinstall the program you have to go into the folder wherer the program is and run the setup.exe program to reinstall it.

You are simply being told to quit the software, and restart. Click on the software Icon, then choose QUIT in the file menu. The software will quit. Then, double click on the software icon again, to start over. That should do it. Restarting your computer is the same result.

you just push ESC... let me check though......yep after going to wikipedia i confirm u push the ESC key!
