Good heavens, what kind of cream was it?

Try a little dish washing liquid - it's usually pretty good with removing the oil that holds the odor on your skin.

Best wishes!

Looks like we are too late but for next time....

What sort of cream was this? (be useful to know so we all can be well aware to keep away from it!)

Lemon is usually a good souce at ridding of smell but I am not keen on showering in lemons though.

Oil probably trapped the other products under it on your skin. You need something like alcohol based cleanser. Do you have any hand sanitizer you could rub on the smelliest part and then quickly rinse a few times and repeat. Good luck.

go and have a hot bath or shower to whatever temp you can bear it then using shower gel or soap get a flannel or whatever you use and give yourself and good scrub down.

Then afterwards before you have even dried completely and are still wet spray yourself with loads of body spray then once you have dried spray even more.

Get back in the shower and use baking soda as your soap. This should remove the smells. HTH!

rubbing alcohol takes away most scents.... then wash w/ normal stuff so you don't smell like alcohol.
