I have to go with Fall Out Boy.
P!ATD is kind of like Linkin Park: their music is mixed and they really can't keep a right track for it. Plus Brendon is really stealing the spotlight from the rest of the band which is never good while Pete kind of got dragged into the spotlight since FOB really had no time to prepare for going mainstream. I mean in literal terms they went from playing 500 people-standing room only place to 10,000 seat arenas in just over a year and a half. If you think about it that's a huge shift for any band so their music really had little time to adapt as well along with their stage performances.

It really depends on the person. If you're more into classical music I would say Panic! but if you're more rock I would say Fall Out Boy.

Fall Out Boy. Their songs are awesome and they don't really get annoying that much unlike Panic!.

Hmm...I would say Fall Out Boy, but only because they've been around longer and therefore have more experience playing live and stuff like that.
But personally...I like them both equally.

Right now I think Fall Out boy. That song "It's Not A Scene, It's An Arms Race" is awesome and it's everywhere!! That's my fav. song from them right now! It's awesome!!

I LOVE THEM BOTH
BUT FALL OUT BOY WILL ALWAYS HAVE MY HEART
AND PANIC! IS NEW AND WELL I CAN NOT SEE IMPROVEMENT FROM BEFORE AND AFTER LIKE I CAN DO WITH FALL OUT BOY SO..... FOR NOW FALL OUT BOY
(but FOB needs to learn how to share my heart with P!ATD)

neither.
they've both gotten commercial.
they both used to be totally alternative and now both of them are playing on top fourty stations.
