I bet you could google it for "freewebs.com html" or "freewebs html". I don't know though.

Well, any html works on freewebs. But I don't know if freewebs supports PHP. I myself used to use freewebs, but have moved on to bigger and better things. You can't do much there. But you may want to find a tutorial on HTML to teach you how make a simple layout using tables. It would be a good start. Or switch to bravenet.com or another host. bravenet offers MANY tools, and is a great start for the begginer webmaster.
