First of all, never pay anyone to read or look at your writing.
Second, if you can't even bother to use proper grammar, punctuation and capitalization in your QUESTION, are you truly a writer? A writer writes professionally and presents him/herself professionally at all times.

You need to join a critique group, locally or online. Do not rely on reviews from friends or family, who will give you only false praise and nothing helpful or constructive. If you want others to take you seriously enough to provide you with constructive criticism, you better word you question more professionally.

"im trying to find honest not to brutal reviewers to view it and give me an opinion without paying for reviews"

Word of advice, it is better to know the truth than to dance around it. I agree with the other answerer that said you need to give your work to someone who will be honest and critical of your writing. I agree you should never pay to have anyone look at your work. Because then what are you paying for? Are you saying here's money in exchange I expect you to say you like my book and it's good as it is and that it is brilliant???
It's your choice really. Do you want to give it to someone and have them say: oh, it's really good. I like it. And not be very constructive. Not very critical. Not "brutal" as you say. So you believe them. You're proud of yourself. You're thinking you're really great and that it's ready to go to the publishers...and then you get back from the publishers that it's junk. That it's unpublishable. That no one wants it. Or would you rather give it to someone who will be honest and upfront enough to tell you what its strengths are but more importantly what its weaknesses are. You need to know the weaknesses of your writing. NO one is perfect. Especially no one is perfect on their rough draft. If no one is kind enough to tell you that then it's no service to you in the long run. They may save face by lying to you. But sooner or later someone will assess your work critically and "brutally." The fall will only be harder if you puff yourself up with false praise from friends who probably aren't qualified to judge or evaluate.
