Mine does, and I'm sure I'm not hungry, but sometimes I think it might be because I don't want to eat at that point in time. Just wanna know if others get it too.

I've gone without food for a while I guess. I don't try to starve myself or anything. I go through this stage where I'm hungry, then it goes away after a while.

Yes, that happens to me also. And I just found a great site that explains it. It says that growling can occur at any time, on an empty or full stomach. It doesn't only come from the stomach but, just as often, can be heard coming from the small intestines. Growling is more commonly associated with hunger because it is typically louder when the stomach and intestines are empty and so the organs' contents don't muffle the noise."

I thought it does that when ur hungry, or at least that's what it does with me and most people I know.It does that growling or gumbling usually when ur hungry as a result of the walls of stomach rubbing against each other which causes that noise which also results from present air in an empty stomach. if ur stomach grumbles when ur not hungry, in ur case, it might be just some acids

The "grumbling" is air moving through your intestines. It doen't necessarily mean that you're hungry. You probably pass gas 10 - 30 minutes after you notice the grumbling. If you feel you must eat something, eat fruit, berries, or yogurt. They are easily digestible, and add "good" calories to your diet.

I seldom feel hungry but my stomach will grumble. Sometimes it is the only way I will remember too eat. Do you eat regularly and still have this problem or have you went without eating and heard the grumbling but not felt hungry?

whilst your abdomen makes noise it is does no longer propose you're hungry. i presumed that replaced into why my abdomen made noise even in spite of the shown fact that it is because of the fact your guts are moving and by doing so which you hear the noise. reason why you think of your hungry it;s because of the fact we are stupid.

Can be a digestive tract problem, or could just be mild "gas" playing around inside your stomach.
