Smokey is a very unhappy bear these days, I would be too if I were 104 years old, we need anew symbol for forest fire prevention.

I think the original is probably dead by now. I mean, my Smokey the Bear comic book about how he came to be a upright standing bear with pants and a hat is from the early 80s, I think. If he has to frequent all the State Fairs in the US, he probably has aged fairly quickly, therefore- he's not mad, he's dead!

Ya and you're not doing a good job because every year there are so many fires. Maybe if you got off of YA you could prevent a few more. Sorry to be so harsh, but that's the way it is.

It only takes one match to start a forest fire but it takes a whole box of them to start a campfire...strange isn't it... Smokey said he's not mad if you promise not to do it again.
