Old-school country......like Conway Twitty and George Jones and all those other toupee-wearing freaks......they just look like pervs to me...

I have no problem with the 4 c's as you put it hehe. I like many different types of music. The kind that sounds like nails on a chalkboard to me is that "death metal" stuff. Don't get me wrong I have no problem with heavy music, I can definitly appreciate it, but it's the SCREAMING that I can't stand. It usually sounds like Gollumn on acid or someone being severely tortured. For me to like a song there's one thing it's got to have and that's a melody somewhere. I find those bands try sooo hard to be "dark" that they forget they are supposed to making music which is meant to be appealing to the ears!
