I am having a debate about if someone can survive without any balls "testicles".

Of course. That's called castration.
In fact, a person's reproductive system is the only one you can live without.

Of course some one can. When aminals are neutered their testicles are removed and they survive. If the testicles were ripped off the person would likely bleed to death. If they were removed surgically th only difference a person would hae is a decrease in testosterone production.

Men can and do survive without testicles, they just can't procreate once the testicles are removed. Sometimes as a treatment for prostate cancer, the testicles are removed.

Though men may not think they CAN survive w/out testicles, you certainly can. Just as women survive w/out ovaries. Just think of the men who develop testicular cancer. They have to have one or both removed and go right on living quite normally.

No. No one can survive because by just pressing it, your stomach will ache. What more if you take it off?
