This is one site that seems to be a particular problem. They all seem to be non-Engliash sites, although I went onto another computer using Firefox and did not have the same problem so must be IE.

My first suggestion is, check your text size.. that's often the problem when you can get the whole page.. 2nd, check your screen resolution, both in Properties on the desktop, and on IE..
Good luck

sometimes the webdesigner just makes the page too big and doesn't allow for lower resolutions. some things to try:
highlight the page starting from the top and keep dragging to the bottom.

change your computers resolution: in windows, right-click anywhere on the desktop and click properties, then go to settings tab. try 1024x768 or higher.

by the way, it would help if you updated your question with the site in question, so that we can try to duplicate the problem and suggest a customized fix.

I've never had the problem. Visit the download section of www.microsoft.com and download IE 7, if you don't already have it. Now, I expect a large amount of people are going to say GET FIREFOX!!! IT'S BETTER! Don't listen to them ;)

--edit--
I was right! Someone DID say get firefox!

I once had the same problem, but I found out the problem was with my mouse scroll wheel and not with the explorer. It was not working properly. So get you mouse repaired.
