Hi Dear
Do this,

Incoming mail server (POP3) field, type> mail.bellsouth.net.

In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field, type mail.bellsouth.net.

regards

A POP server name stands for Post Office Protocol, one of many services which can deliver mail to your computer. Outlook express simply needs to know the standard-name of your server --available only from Bellsouth or whoever your mail provider is. The pop server is often in the form:

pop.somemailserver.com

You will also need to ask what your smtp (transport service) server is when you call them. You can find a lot more information on the source link below.
