Hia, in the starting up do not problem and quiet down !! correct, each each now and then the outcome of crashing are brought about by ability of one million) Too many courses operating promptly or you clicking some thing continually with %. 2) you've an infectious software on your computer e.g Limewire is nicely-undemanding for viruses and in spite of the undeniable fact that i take advantage of it myself I actually were informed that MSN messenger eats up your computer 3) you've a pandemic on your computer so once you've finished or have any of topic factors then I recommend you uninstall this technique or take it to a restore save.

Clean the disk with Disk Sweep in System Tools, and Defrag. Things may just be running a little slow for the computer period. If the internet is running slow, then clean your cookies and offline files.

(1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial61.html
(2) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have viruses on your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

It sounds like you have either a virus, or a faulty hard disk. If you can run programs and/or word processors, it's probably a virus. If you can use programs, you should download a free anti-virus such as antivir (www.free-av.com/)
If you can't run programs (i.e word, games, non-windows programs) you should try using an old hard disk, or, if your mate's willing, a mates disk.

Run a spyware and antivirus program. It sounds like you have both. Also close down some of the programs that you have running in the backround.

would like to help but you need to tell us what OS (operating system) you have, and what CPU type, speed, how much memory (RAM), is computer connected to internet? try disconnecting it from the internet. Did you install everything yourself? or buy it from the store? or bought it used from someone?
