i'm not to shore about sailor moon fan clubs or forums but i no there are some anime message boards when you register to them they let you post topics just make a sailor moon topic...that way you can talk to others that like sailor moon...
and for the dvds you wore wondering about try ebay or the sites i listed.
and i no most dvds now mostly anime you can listen to them in japanese with english subtitles...i dont no how much this will help you but i hope it will.
