I procrastinate, too. I think it's because I can always come up with a list of reasons to wait until tomorrow. The problem is that tomorrow comes and I do the same thing. The feeling of dealing with it later is not good and it seems that my procrastination always comes with consequences. I am trying to deal with things as they happen now. It isn't easy, but I have gotten better lately. I have had to learn to prioritize. I now make a list of the things that MUST be done that day and do them first thing. I still have a small list of things that can be put off until tomorrow. At least this month, the phone didn't get cut off. I got the bill paid the day it came in! Progress! You can do it too. I think the key is to make a priority list. Try it...hope it helps.

I think procrastination has more to do with energy than anything. Lots of people eat very poorly, so they have no energy to get on with their day. Then they regret it.

If you eat healthy and exercise your body will work efficiently and you'll have more energy to do more things. Lazyness just begets more lazyness.

i do it because i feel good. i donot know why you regret it. So how can i help when i dont know the problem? Okay, seriosly, you must make small Achievable targets and complete them and then take a break and enjoy it. It will help 'if' you do it.

it's to procrastinate, at the moment you tell your self that "i'll get to it". but you don't. then "it" becomes important and with importance comes regret.
