You seem to be a little confused. Wine (red, white or rose) is made from fermented grapes. According to recent medical research, one glass of red wine per-day is beneficial for the heart and circulatory system. Rum, gin, whisky & brandy are distilled alcoholic spirits and are not beneficial to health.

Always take the middle road, consuming wine is neither a good or a bad habit. Alcohol in any form can be a medicine, but as with anything, too much can be a poison....

Consuming wine in moderation is great for the body!! It thins your blood allowing it to move more freely throughout the body ; also flushing out any toxins within the bloodstream. Of course if you drink too much and too often it can kill you.
1-11/2 cups of wine a day is plenty, Red wine is best

Consuming it with breakfast to give energy is good but to drink every day and night 24 hours it might harm you whether you drink wine,rum,gin anything.

as long as you be truthful to yourself that you are consuming wine,just a little ,and that too for your health.if you turn unfaithful to yourself and do not keep up the promise ,then it is not for health and it will become a habit,then you may require more strong drink ,you may switch over to jin,rum,or whiskey .you may drink twice or thrice gradually and Finlay you may find it difficult even to breath if you do not keep drinking in short interval of time.lose money .lose your family and friends, hated by your dear and near.you end up dieing a lone death. WHY ALL THIS YOU GOT SO MANY OTHER THINGS ,WHICH WILL TAKE MORE SINCERE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH. NICE FOOD,JUICES OF FRESH FRUITS,GREEN VEGETABLES, LIKEWISE.never give a false reason for drinking.drinking anything which gives intoxication is not at all for health.this is a genuine fact.

Good most of the time, just don't make it a big habit. A glass a day will keep the doctor away. Its because its mainly made from grapes ect. which has a ton of nutrician. But dont do anything like whiskey, it doesn't have any protein or nutrician, and if it does its very little. And it will give you a little more energy and make you feel better and helps your body ; )

Any addiction is not good.And nobody have some limit when it comes to a question bhoosing.
Rum,gin,whisky and brandy are made up of different product but all will give bhoose.
Wine is nothing but a veiriety of alchohal, but not exactly.bUT i HOPE IT WILL NOT GIVE ANY ENERGY AS YOU THINK ,BUT AFTER CONSUMING THAT WHAT YOU CONSUME AS SIDE DISH MAY GIVE SOME ENERGY TO YOUR BODY.

Wine is obtained by natural means. It contains enzymes that can kickstart your hunger and give you good apetite and grape wine increases blood count. Howver the alcohol content in it says that you should have it only in moderate quantities.
The others are artificially prepared in factory and contains alcohol, colours and nothing else that would do any good to the body.

consuming wine daily in small amounts is not bad because you get the vitamins from the grapes and other ingredients but too much and the alcoholic effect will destroy the goodness
