i know that u have to go to a certain website but i dont see nothing there how can i get my free tickets for this concert ???

I think they're still figuring out the details on how the process will work, but the last I heard when it comes time for the tickets to go on "sale" they will be available through websites of all the different sponsors of the festival.
Keep checking in on the official ozzfest website and sign up for the e-mail list so you get up-to-date info. Once they have it all settled, they'll give you the links and then it's just up to you to fill out the appropriate forms and snag yourself a ticket or two before they run out.

As far as making sure you get your FREE OZZFEST tickets, your first step is signing up to Ozzfest.com to receive email notifications. I think you can get it free on Radio contest or something because nothing in life is free you have to work for it but I think it's a Radio Contest.
