I just put stock exhaust manifolds back on a 1985 truck,but now I cant put the oil dipstick back in,?

also the exhaust manifold has a different pattern on the passenger side of the motor

Bend the dipstick tube a little.

Reguarding the exhaust manifold. That's normal.
