This is since the cleaning stuff does not do its job, or their cleaning schedules leave the urinals unclean for long periods of time. Once in a while you might find a pubic hair but to find more than a couple either someone's not been washing themselves to clean up their bush, or they've been exposed to radiation and hair is falling out. Either way, it's just lack of cleaning since men don't shed that much, it's accumulation.

because most men have hair in that area and they usually fall of ....iam gussing your a man and iam also gussing you have no hair in that are ....or else you wouldn't ask question like that....when you grow up and grow hair ....you will then understand why is their pubic hair around the urinals....no more questions for the day for you..

Didn't you know that when you seem thse pubic hairs your suposed to use your pee too wash them a way.

well, ever sonder why sometimes the bathroom is "closed" for cleaning or maintenance purposes? the janitors actually collect it all and then sell it to voodoo doctors and people with similar cultural values.

Most grown up men have pubes. Don't worry you'll get your soon enough and you too can leave them laying around when you whip it out to pee.
