I have 1 pair of 26" waist Ezra Finch pants. I wear a 3 in everything else. I would say size 8 or 10. But it depends on the clothing brand-where the pants hit (low rise etc.) I have worn a 0, 1, 3 all at the same time at the same size! It is hard to say.

i wear a 28 and in most other jeans i wear about a five so i would say a 30 would probably be about an 8 or so.
