If you mean in the Los Angeles area, most of the stars' homes are in one of three neighborhoods: Malibu, the Hollywood Hills, or the Beverly Hills area (which includes Brentwood and Bel Air) on the west side of L.A.

They live in the same cities other people live. New York City, Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA, Atlanta, GA, Las Vegas, Nevada Short Hills, New Jersey . Houston, Texas . . . they live everywhere.
When I lived in Hollywood, I always saw stars driving their own car, shopping, walking, shopping.

They don't all live in one place. Did you think they did? They live all over the world. Only a few of them even live near Hollywood.
