Oprah met Dr. Phil in Texas when she was there for some lawsuit that was filed against her. She liked him & started having him on her show one day per week.
This was so successful that he started his own show. I am positive that she helped him. He may be part of her network, not sure, but most likely.

Yes, the desire and determination to make MONEY! Dr. Phil is banking bigtime now, but you can believe Oprah gets her cut. Everything she touches turns gold for a reason --smart business woman!

well dr phil is married and oprah has a boyfriend so yeah i definitely think they had something going on.

Professional respect and friendship. Just because two people work together doesn't automatically mean that they have "something going on". That is something the tabloids love to speculate on, but reality is friendships are rare and precious.
