there is this guy and one minute he flirts with me and then the next he is a really big jerk.What to do?

Typical male behavior. Often when they do "jerky" behavior they are just showing off. If he is treating you like a jerk then he is just showing that he intends to dominate you. Move on if that is the case. He also sounds like he is trying to play "Mr Hard to Get" so you will feel blessed when you finally get him.

What to do? Ignore him for a while, especially when he flirts. Put the ball in his court. If he asks you why you don't talk any more, tell him b/c he acts like a jerk.
If he doesn't ask you why, then yes, he was a jerk.

Well if he is a big JERK he is not worth your time or he is having a bad day. But if he is always like that just don't bother with him!!!

well when i was in high school i had the same problem i realy liked this guy and when we were alone he was sweat and just perfect all around but them we would be at school and when his friend werent around he was nice but then his friends would come by and he would be really mean to me so i confronted him about it and he told me that he liked me but he wanted to look kool in front of his friends and that was why he was mean to me so i told him not to hang around me any more because i couldent handle the emotional rollercoster he put me on what u do is up to you but i would ask this guy why he does that to you and then decide what your going to do about it good luck

Some men just cant help themselves from being jerks. Try ignoring him and maybe he will learn how to be a little humble.

ignore him. give him the silent treatment. if he does like you then he'll quit being a jerk and try getting closer to u. and if he doesn;t like you then.. chances are your prob better off finding another guy

Stay away from him. If he is like this now, then wait until you really get to know him. If he is mean to you, then why do you like him? Get someone who is good to you always. If this guy is mean, he will always be mean.
Trust Me! Don't waste your time, you will only get hurt.
