Well Proactive may help you if you don't have a lot of acne because it doesn't work miracles. I've tried it, and mainly it just dried my skin out a bit more. That's usually the most useful way to treat any kind of acne with most medications. You should try it once, but you probably won't see big results. It just uses sulfur and peroxide like most other medications. It's relatively harmless for you. The medications that work, are the ones that are really harsh on your skin most of the time. Proactive is pretty safe. Go ahead and try it if you have the money.

Proactive is not harsh at all on your skin. I used to use it, it is like having a facial. It is pretty expensive though. So if you have alot of money to spend it is the best stuff out there, but it might not be necessary for almost flawless skin. Good Luck!!!

Yeah, I use proactiv and I don't have that bad of acne but it helps to prevent future breakouts and also helps with blackheads. It wouldn't be harsh on your face, I think proactiv would help if you want flawless skin :)

I would use ProActiv to combat against future breakouts. ProActiv is also good with Rosacea. It may get rid of your red bumps.
ProActiv is a bit drying, so alternate with another good wash like Neutrogena Oil Free Wash.

Other acne-go-away products can be harsh to your skin, but ProActiv has been my choice for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully!
Good Luck to you !

i wouldnt want to waste the money to get proactive, if you dont have acne. i would just go to walmart or target and get a good face cleanser (i use neutragena rapid clear oil controling face wash - and i like it). i personally think most if not all the face washes that are sold at walmart or target are better than proactive anyways. good luck though!

Try it and see how your skin reacts. It cleared my pimples but became to drying for my face, so I had to switch.
