Its a scam. Or rather, its a joke email that keeps getting forwarded around. Dont enter any of your information, and dont bother forwarding it.

Never heard of it, myself, and if you're not sure, you can always check with hoaxbusters... they generally have the straight scoop on that kind of stuff..
