In the modern time things are moving fast and to be more faster computer with internet connection is a must. Right now I am talking to you, it is only possible to have a quick reply otherwise without computer everything to be done manually and takes months together to communicate

maybe she needs some fresh air, nerdhead. take her advice and follow. you can always play on the computer before bed or early in the morning. or when you just don't have anyone around at the time.
your health and energy should be first and formost in your life not the internet.
