I have 15years experience in desktop,server and network field.
can i get better job from any MNC's? for that i have to do anything.?

if u have diplomo with such experience u will definitely get a nice job in MNC but if u can a degree u will growth fast in the hierarchy
a degree holder gets more salary than an experienced diploma holder

My advice is going to have to be what was given to me by my mentor. Everything looks great, hands on experiences says you can do it, degree says you can read and write and follow through with commitment, and the certification say that you retain what you learn by passing the tests.
So get your degree and your certifications and continue with your experience. If you need more guidance, i would suggest that you start checking out the local colleges and some testing sites also.

Usually most employer's will substitute work experience with a degree.
4+ years with advanced degree, or 6+ years with BS/BA degree, or 8+ years with associates degree, or 10+ years with High School diploma and equivilent technical training certifications.

Microsoft certified+ Degree+Experience = Good administrator, in my senario.
