Most settle in Toronto or Vancouver. There are large ethnic communities in both, so there is more cultural support for them.
Although right now I think if I was to be moving to Canada and spoke English already, I would head to Alberta! Lots of jobs there.. big oil boom happening up north!

Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal. Immigrants typically flock to the bigger cities because they have communities there.
