You might be able to work at a doctor's office as some doctor's offices will hire non-certified personnel as medical assistants and offer on the job training. This is actually how I started out in the field. You may also be able to work at a boarding home. Nursing homes really only use CNAs for care. However, there are many facilities that will offer free classes to become certified, but you will usually be committed to working for them after graduation. For any type of patient care, most facilities require certification these days so this might be your best bet.
