At the top of a set of stairs at a school I used to attend, was a moosehead. One night, myself and another boy were sent to a room beside the head. As we entered the room, the head breathed out, just like a horse would. We looked at each other, and the fear I saw looking back at me, was enough to send me flying down the stairs.

I was out with my cousin one afternoon and we were messing about round an empty shell of a mill. After we decided to go in we looked up to one of the windows and there was a man stood there wearing a long white robe, long white beard and hair. He was holding a scythe at the side of him. We never did go there again.

The second scariest was when a stranger drove up to some friends and I, and pointed a gun at us. We made tracks so fast out of there you could see smoke.

Don't get scared easily. Probably my most disturbing supernatural experience was when my son was abroad and in a conflict zone. I was alone, watching television, and I touched my son on the shoulder and asked, aloud, 'Did you hear that?' He was sitting on the sofa next to me. My first thought was that he must be dead. When he returned, I told him about it. He simply said, 'I was often with you.'

Whilst on a visit to Coventry Theatre, I went to the gents toilet.
Just standing there doing my business, I turned my head slightly and realised that next to me was SHAKING STEVENS.
