When they suspend people like George the Hippo and Mrs. Smutty I would say it sucks a HUGE one.

i keep preaching this, yet no one seems to get it: how many staff would yahoo have to hire to individually read every one of the 100s of thousands, if not millions, of abuse reports they must get 24/7/365?what would you expect to have to pay for this service if they had 70,000 people to hire to read and resolve every single one of them? it just doen't sound practical to me. i hate all these needless violations too but i don't have a realistic solution.

If improved, you mean delete everyone who has any personality, then yes it has!
