If you mean what parts of the world were known, I would say almost all of it, except Australia, Antartica, and many (most?) of the Pacific Islands--Hawai'i, etc. At least in that the Europeans knew they were there.
I know the Americas, and I believe Africa and Asia, were not thoroughly explored by Europeans in Elizabeth's time. Can't say when the various Pacific islands were discovered.

The Spanish were the dominant European power, due to their empire in the New World. The Ottoman Empire was the other big power of Eurasia, and as ever China was the leading nation.

What was the world? What do you mean? Are you asking what it was 'like'? Read a history book. Look up Elizabeth I in wikipedia to start, and then go to your library and read a book.
