Or at least get him in the debates. At least he would bring some clear thinking brain power to the discussions and help prevent the politicians from just spinning.

Obviously we have many people who answered, but either don't understand the man or have never actually listened to his show.

If he did decide to run he knows they woul dig up some 4th grade antic- maybe he tinkled in the bed and his mom had a one night affair with the milkaman or stole cand in jr high- all to get him ousted before the elections got into full gear.

Shock announcing doesnt appeal to me. I want to know what they can do for my country to make it even better!

Do you mean "Michael Alan Weiner, Ph.D.", the conservative talk radio host (He's rated #3, behind Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity)?

And elected to what?

He has some good talking points, but then, so does Bill O'Reilly.

1) he is reasonably intelligent so wont run
2) he probably has a 'history' so he wont run
3) everything he has ever said on radio would be used against him; he would be torn to shreds.
4) he doesnt have enough money
5) nobody would take his sound bites as anything other than the entertainment script that they surely are.

but, yes, it would be fun for a day or 2. Him against Rush, that would be a debate to videotape!

I quit listening to him recently after he made a blasphemous remark.
He attempted to compare himself to Jesus Christ.

Mikel Sav'age? Sounds French.

But honestly, I can see why he changed his name. "The Wiener Nation" just doesn't have the same cachet.

savage is an idiot who operates using the principle of shock value. take away his pulpit and ability to say outrageous things and he's got nothing. i agree with the other poster obama would wax him in a debate. to me savage is the radio version of bill o'rielly. loud mouth who speaks with volume but no substance.

Give all Americans lobotomies and he may have a shot. Obama would wax the floor with Savage and his one-sided rhetoric.
