Its more than about being locked up. If you listen to the lyrics, hes telling the whole story of HOW he got locked up. He gets caught in a stolen car, gets locked up....then his dumb a$$ gets caught selling drugs, gets locked back up! Its a great song, check out these lyrics...

are you seriously asking this question? the song speaks for it's self. it's about being locked up behind bars, in jail with no freedom and people stop coming by to see you while you are in jail or prision
