"Can" you? Yes, if you are both physically able.

"Should" you? Well, if you are both mature enough, and healthy (no STDs), and your relationship is solid, then sure.

are u a boy? if yes, then no , u better to dont have sex with ur boyfriend.

how old are u? if u are under 18 , it is better for u to waite until u are older.

secend , increase ur informations about sex, befor u have sex.

If you're physically able to, have no STD's to spread, are mature enough,use protection, and it doesn't lead to child sexual abuse, or rape, then I don't see the problem.
