I think it is very disrespectful! Especially when they try to say they weren't doing it! That only makes it worse!

Most people will tell you because they cannot help themselves which is totally untrue. They can but society has told them it's okay, it's normal, and it doesn't hurt anybody. Which is wrong. Must wives are crushed by this behavior as they want to be their husband's "only woman". Men don't just look at other women they are also thinking lustful thoughts, sex thoughts. See if he will admit that? And when he does this he is taking what is yours and giving it to someone else.
Yes, women look at men. But when a woman is happily married, they rarely look at another man and should they see a man they find attractive, they will think something like, "nice chest" and that's it. It doesn't progress to sex thoughts of that person.
A 3 second rule should apply and if your husband is smart, he won't make a comment about the other women. If he's dumb, he will. It hurts the relationship, not just you. Maybe he'll wise up. I hope so. I understand he can't control what people wear (or don't wear) but he can control his eyes. If he tells you he can't control his eyes then he's lying. He wouldn't look at his bosses wife that way and make it known to all around him that he's lusting and looking. He would be very discreet or wouldn't look at all. Not a single one of his friends would make a comment about you to him in sexual manner or stare unabashedly at you because they know he would be offended. Your husband extends that same courtesy to various women around him. Just think about it. It's all a lie.
Either way, his looking and lusting has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with you. NOTHING. I'm sorry you have to go through this. It is excruiatingly painful and some men just can't seem to grasp that idea. I'm fortunate that mine does and is willing to control his eyes and thoughts - is he always successful? No, but at least he tries. Even when we are watching television I have noticed he averts his eyes from bikini clad women. I am fortunate. He read a book titled "What every man needs to know about women" and it addressed this issue in a way that even a dunce could understand.

Oh, please, like women don't check out men.... You're just better at hiding it. Men react to the moment and we're very visual. We see something that catches our eye, whether its a woman or a cool car or a new electronic gadget and we look at it. Women check out guys all the time, they just know how to do it on the sly. So what difference does it make HOW he does it? As long as he doesn't go up and ask her for her phone number while your standing there, be happy. If he starts drooling over men, THEN you've got a REAL problem.

The mating instinct is still there, even if the guy is married. Also, the appreciation of beauty doesn't go away just because the guy has chosen a life partner. Married women can just as easily behave the same way toward good-looking guys. As long as both know that the ogling isn't serious, it's OK. Some wives are so secure in their marriage that they will actually point out an attractive woman for their man to check out.

Ms. Daisy, the reason why men look at other women even though that their wife's,(including myself) are with them, are of men's brain wave that affected their muscularity. When men's sees opposite sex, their hormones wave their brain and automatically look or drool to what they're seeing. So don't let it bothers you because all men, married or not does this thing, even my son who's only 13 is already doing it..

They are the same men who have porn hidden in the side drawer and the wife dusts around it. It doesn't bother all women, some are just fine with it. Mine prefers to look and drool over cars, is it wrong for me to be jealous of that? :0)

Accepted, it's a man thing...to drool over every delightful feast to eyes that walks in skirts even if he is dating / married to an angel face and a great bod who is right next to him.
Don't brood so much upon that, just do the same...the problem here being these very men don't feel any danger when we do it coz they think we aren't visual and that it is not effective for us as it is for them. Well, each one entitled to his view and with time they do come around....I do get angry when my guy does it but I make it a point to make him taste his own medicine once in a while....

men nature .... as stupid as it could be for women reading ...its true ... the inner bearing of males the will is feed by the "naturally"set idea that a man is a seed provider ... still for women theres also a position called "the flower" naturally set idea that makes women carry themselves as attractive to the "seed provider" group , well . . . . then we invented marriage so , exclusivity was there ,monogamy , love is supposed to keep it that way ...yet , men and women , keep being human beings with nature set wiring in the brain , what gives that exclusivity and the honest effort to never "drool for others", is calle true ,exclusive ,honest .....(oh yeah..) love ...

Because there are those type of men that are low bred louts who wouldn't know decent manners if it came up and hit them on the head with a 2x4.
No excuse for poor manners as far as I'm concerned. Ignore them as best you can madam. They're no better than the dirt beneath your shoes.

Men need that. They are cavemen. If you are confident within yourself don't show him it bothers you. Make yourself that person he drools over. I did this and then ignored him for awhile it drove him crazy. Now when we go out guys are drooling over me and the tables are turned and he does not like it all that much. Its in their blood men think with their penises and not with their brain.
