There are so many ways. Allow single moms to do the government shopping. Stop illegal immigration. Stop allowing people who are capable of working from getting free pay checks and food stamps. Stop the silly lawsuits that are becoming everyones get rich quick plan. The first one is a joke but the tax payers should have more say in how their money is spent.

Reduce Social Security, reduce medicare, medicaid, remove the department of education and put it back on the state (probably see an increase in intelligence), give the power back to the states and just have the federal government protect the country and the borders.

get rid of medicare and medicaid as well as social security and the budget will be balanced. Sounds harsh but too much was promised to too many. I will never see a single dime of the SSI that gets taken out of my check every month.
